We Guarantee Live arrival if purchaser receives shipment on first delivery attempt and we REQUIRE that we be contacted within 24 hours of delivery that you are satisified (or not) with your new aquisition, if we do not hear from you within 24 hours of Delivery we asume your are satisfied. All of our Animals that are sold are 100% healthy in EVERYWAY, We offer a 24 hour Satisfaction Guarantee, We need to know ASAP if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We offer unlimited pictures of the specimens you are interested in, as we want you to be 100% sure of what you are actually purchasing. Pictures can be taken, uploaded and e-mailed within minutes, and we try to take pictures under different lighting so you can get the best idea of what the specimen actually looks like. Bottom line, I won't sell something I personally wouldn't want to buy...so if for any reason your not satisifed you have to let us know.

Currently we accept PayPal (Additional 3% Fee) and Postal Money Orders sent at least Priority Mail. We accept non-refundable deposits of at least 25% down, and give a Maximum of 30 days for final payment.
We Ship via UPS Next Day Air w/Tracking Number, or Fed-Ex Priority Overnight w/Tracking Number. We are working on becoming Delta Certified. We ONLY ship with Insulated Boxes with Heat (40+ Hour) or Cool packs if needed. We will be tracking every shipment up to the point of Delivery. |
